Originally built in 1896 as a military depot, our space has lived many lives. In 2006, we transformed the warehouse into Francisco’s Halloween Shop and Custom Tees—now FC Printing and Awards, run by our son, Frank Jr. In 2014, we opened Casa De Sanchez, our first banquet hall nearby. When the Halloween shop closed in 2018, we dreamed of something more. By 2019, plans and construction began—only to be paused by the pandemic. It was a difficult chapter, but in 2021, our vision came to life. Today, this beautifully reimagined venue stands ready to host unforgettable celebrations filled with joy, love, and lasting memories.
