Private Event Venue - The Pavilion features a balance of indoor and outdoor space complete with water fountains and a private dock on the largest dune lake in Florida. The Pavilion is 2,245 sq ft of elegance, seats up to 150 people inclusive of mens and ladies restrooms, a kitchen and bar space, and intimate dining space. and the large pool which accommodates 42 people. Grande Pointe is a small neighborhood with 154 single family coastal homes, where over 80 are available as short term rentals. The perfect environment for your guests to relax and enjoy your festivities and the beautiful white sand beach of the Emerald GULF Coast.
