The Carriage House was previously known as "The Pioneer Barn" within what used to be Fort Menendez. The Carriage House is under new ownership with House of Assembly Events. This is a beautiful barn venue revealing exposed beams, large picture-perfect barn doors and a carriage-wheel chandelier. This 2000 sq ft, climate controlled barn displays a more rustic setting. Offering multiple event packages to choose from, this venue provides farmhouse tables and benches, stringed cafe lighting, and a farmhouse porch in every package. We love the barn's ability to perfectly transform itself for a rustic celebration or an elegant, more formal affair at an affordable price.
