Our unique facility is nestled on 80 acres of country filled with tranquil creek sounds and natural wildlife just outside the city limits of Ames. Amid a picturesque 80 acre woodland and farm field backdrop sits multiple venues on 7 acres of lush greens dedicated for various indoor and outdoor events of all sizes. We are conveniently located just 3 miles from Iowa State University on the historic “Lincoln Highway”, the first coast to coast highway, just 1/4 mile W on 220th Street from the intersection of Ontario Rd./220th St. and R-38. It is our mission at Farmer’s Daughter Catering & Venues to provide our visitors with a taste of rural life, a place where people can be together for fun and celebration in a beautiful rustic outdoor setting.
