The Pemberley Farm

This farmhouse and barn were built circa 1875 by German immigrants. Their descendants still live in the surrounding neighborhoods today. According to local legend, Quantrill's Raiders (including Jesse James) spent a night in the Schermbeck barn before their infamous attack on Lawrence, KS. We came to Kansas to turn The Pemberley Farm into a special spot you can use for weddings, business meetings, coworking, birthday parties, picnics and other events. Our experienced team delivers customer service with a hometown feel. Set up, tear down, security, cleaning and day-of coordination are available. Eloping? Ask us to officiate! We also boast an on-site wedding chapel that seats 10, and a She Shed event space and content studio.
