“So I called the store and asked to make an appt. She didnt understand me... at all... she kept saying que? (in spanish that means what) and I repeated myself and she yelled who is this??! So I was kind of thrown off by that and asked if it was the bridal shop and she said yeah what you want? I just hung up... I am not going to get a wedding gown from someone who can't understand me and alread has poor customer service skills... get a translator if you want to get a wedding gown here.”
