The venue includes the use of the newly renovated circa 1930s 2-story dairy barn as well as 2 furnished apartments. The farm is home to 4 horses, 2 donkeys, 2 goats, 3 dogs, 1 kitty and honey bees. A 2-acre pond is on the back side of the property. The farm is only 9 miles from Interstate 95, making it easily accessible to out-of-town guests.
