Maplehurst Farm is centrally located in the picturesque Skagit Valley's south Mount Vernon, just 60 miles north of Seattle and 35 miles south of Bellingham. Situated alongside the Skagit River, the 6 acre family estate features views of Mount Baker, a historic mansion and arbor built in 1903, a 5000 square feet barn, a 2000 square feet Guest House, landscaped gardens, old growth trees, and a large grass field.
