About

FAR was created as a natural response to the culture and creativity of Bloomington. Working with partners, visiting artists and friends, we host local, national and international endeavors. The Center exists to nurture community within the arts by means of collaboration between diverse art forms and other disciplines. We hope to connect adventurous groups of people with eclectic interests. During the peak seasons of May and June, September and October, wedding rentals will be our priority. For the remainder of the year, we’ll be open for play with a variety of arts programming. Hosting your private event at FAR will contribute to our goal of housing Bloomington’s creative culture.
