A 146-acre land grant farm has been found nestled amidst the rolling hills just north of Peru, Indiana. Although ownership has changed hands a few times over the years, the historic barn, approximately 170 years old, still stands on the hill overlooking the tranquil pond. Newly renovated, the barn and the property surrounding may be the perfect place to host your special event. Special packages are available for weddings!
