  “DO NOT ORDER ANY DRESSES FROM TOWER BRIDAL. It was the biggest wedding mistake I made.
  
  I am the bride and I ordered my dresses 3 months prior to my wedding date. The dresses were delayed in sending from the manufactures in China, and in order to get them in time for my wedding I had to pay an additional $75 rush fee.
  
  When I gave the dresses to my bridesmaids, 2 of the dresses were too small. They couldn't zip them over the bust line. When I called Tower Bridal to see what my options were, they said the girls could come in on Tuesday or Thursday and meet with their seamstress to retake their measurements. Because my girls live elsewhere, and had their own measurements done, the lady said they had faulty measurements or gained a lot of weight. I still do not understand how their coming in to the shop to have the measurements taken help my situation. It would only justify that Tower Bridal hadn't done anything wrong.
  
  The dress did not have enough leeway to make them work and unfortunately, my cost of $137/dress for two dresses are sunk and my girls feel overweight.
  
  The lack of care, concern, sympathy and service I got from Tower Bridal was appalling. I am never one to complain about service or write a review, but I feel the need to protect other brides like myself. My recommendation: Do not use Tower Bridal. They care about making the order and getting your money. If you're concerned about money, I would suggest finding a seamstress in your area who will make the dresses to fit for a reasonable rate.
  
  If you are looking for any kind of service, besides telling you how great you look in your dress, this is the wrong place!”
